Queenie's Consignment specializes in home décor and high end women's fashion. We currently have over 1,000 fabulous consignors. We accept handbags, shoes, jewelry and home furnishings. No appointment is necessary. Please see below for the brands we prefer and all the information you need to become a consignor at Queenie's!
When may I bring items to consign?
Items are accepted 7 days a week during store hours. We are open Monday-Thursday 10-6, Friday 10-8, Sat 10-6 and Sunday 12-5.
What types of clothing items may I bring?
We are currently accepting Fall/Winter women’s clothing. We accept high end labels in excellent condition, cleanly laundered and pressed. Items should be current styles no more than 2 years old. Please hang your clothes or fold them neatly. We will give your hangers back to you.
How many items may I bring in to consign?
We currently do not have a minimum or maximum of items for consignment. For larger furniture pieces, we ask that you send us a picture before bringing it over. We can then schedule a time for delivery that works for both of us. You can send pictures to our phone number: 404-670-226 or email: email@example.com
Do you offer pickup and delivery service for furniture items?
No, we do not, for liability reasons. We can refer you to licensed and insured movers though! If you purchase a larger piece, please bring help if you plan to load it yourself.
How much of the sales price will I keep?
We split the sale 50/50. Easy!
How will I be paid?
You may call the store to check your account balance anytime during business hours. We can pay you cash for any amount under $50. For amounts over $50, we will write you a check. If your balance is over $75 on the last day of the month, a check will automatically be mailed to you. Your account balance may also be used as store credit.
What is the markdown policy?
Items remain at full price for the first 30 days after which they will be reduced by 25% per month. So, in month 3, items will be 50% off the original price. Special sales may be held at the discretion of the owner.
How long do you keep merchandise?
The consignment period is 90 days. It is up to each consignor to track the 90 days.
Items not sold or picked up after 90 days will be donated to charity.
Who sets the prices for the items?
We do. For furniture items, we may ask for the history and original purchase price. Our policy is to price items at one half to one third of retail.
